Following completion of a flare gas recovery engineering study, John Zink Hamworthy Combustion’s flare gas recovery engineering package is the second step in the process of integrating a customized FGR system in your facility. John Zink Hamworthy Combustion’s flare gas recovery engineering package works through customer specifications ahead of actual equipment procurement and fabrication, once complete project funding is approved, to better manage cost and identify potential problems ahead of time. In this phase, John Zink Hamworthy Combustion provides Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Level 2 engineering to support the project process.
The FGR engineering package will include engineering and design work for the flare gas recovery system, FEED 2 deliverables for InSide Battery Limit (ISBL) equipment. Customer specifications are applied for FGR design and P&ID and PFD drawings are completed along with a 30 percent 3D model and major equipment data sheets.
