John Zink Company's engineers perform controlled, well-instrumented tests on burners that range from small demonstration units to full-scale industrial units.

Using state-of-the-art tools and instrumentation along with quantified data, our engineers develop the next generation of combustion technology. Zink is developing several low-NOx and ultra-low NOx technologies using a variety of advanced technologies, including LeanPreMix and flameless combustion designs. We have also developed a new oil-burner design that uses innovative oil-atomization concepts to reduce NOx and steam consumption.
