Two custom-designed air preheaters are computer controlled for accurate, remote air flow and temperature adjustment. In forced-draft tests, Zink can meet the air flow required for a burner firing up to 25 MMBtu/hr, at air preheat levels up to 1,000°F. Equipped with wheels, these one-of-a-kind air preheaters are mobile for quick relocation to and use at any of our 14 furnaces.
