ZTOF^® Enclosed Flare

With instantaneous turndowns in excess of 10:1 without burner adjustments or flare modifications, the ZTOF by John Zink Company is the preferred choice for landfill flares. The ZTOF is the most widely used enclosed flare in the landfill industry, with more than 400 in operation. Flow rates range from 50 scfm to 6,000 scfm. Methane concentrations range from 16 percent to 60 percent.

John Zink's ZTOF provides the widest operating range without modifications or adjustments. The ZTOF completely encapsulates the flame for pulsation-free and vibration-free operation with oxygen concentrations up to 5 percent.
