JOHN ZINK® biogas flare systems prove time and again to be reliable
and easy to operate. John Zink offers blower skids, enclosed flares
(ZTOF®), elevated (open) flares (ZEF) and our Zink Ultra Low Emissions
(ZULE®) Flare.
Our JOHN ZINK ZTOF Enclosed Flare
(ZTOF®) has capacities up to 6000 SCFM all with a 98% or greater
destruction efficiency. We offer the widest operating range without
rumbling or vibration and 10:1 or greater turndowns without external
adjustments.
The JOHN ZINK Ultra Low Emissions Flare
(ZULE®) gives a destruction rate efficiency greater than 99.5%,
near zero CO, and a NOx reduction that exceeds 75% over standard
enclosed flares.
John Zink offers standard or customized blower
skid systems complete with controls, blowers, piping, and valves,
all pre-piped and pre-wired on a structural skid.
Our fleet of rental flares
for landfill or digester gas applications, including enclosed and
elevated flares, is also available for rent or long-term lease buyouts.
