PSMR-18 (low NOx) GraphicLarge Scale Vortex LSV™ Burner

The patented LSV burner technology, licensed from Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. by John Zink for steam methane reforming applications, is designed with a proprietary fluidic flame stabilizer and fuel injectors. The innovative fluidic flame stabilizer requires little fuel in the primary flame zone. The result? Lower peak flame temperatures provide a substantial reduction in NOx emissions. The Proprietary injectors enhance furnace gas entrainment minimizing NOx from secondary fuel.

The LSV burner is available for process heating applications employing various air supply modes (natural, induced, or forced, ambient or preheat), fuel compositions (natural and refinery fuels), and common burner firing configurations.

For more information about the LSV Burner, follow this link (http://www.johnzink.com/lsv/), or download the brochure.

DSMR Burner SeriesDSMR Burner  Mk I @ Mk II (down-fired gas, ultra-low emission)
[Patented]

The JZ® DSMR burner is a dual fuel, down-fired, round-flame, ultra-low emission burner designed for down-fired reformer applications. The DSMR burner can be used in either natural (induced) draft or forced draft (ambient or air preheat conditions) applications. The DSMR burner achieves ultra-low emission levels through the use of INFURNOx™ technology to reduce peak flame temperatures.  The DSMR can be supplied with separate injectors for the PSA and make-up fuel or a single connection for mixed fuel.

FPMR SeriesFPMR Burner (forced draft, ultra-low emission)
[Patented]

The new FPMR burner series utilizes the COOLflame™ strategy of segregated injection of air and fuel gases to reduce peak flame temperatures. The quasi-flameless design provides an evenly distributed heat flux across the forced draft radiant-wall burners. The novel design moves air through a slotted tip and fuel through a staged tip.

PMS Series BurnerJZ® PMS Burner (premix, conventional burner)
[Patented]

The PMS burner is a premix radiant-wall burner utilized in ethylene and reforming applications. The PMS burner uses proven burner technology specifically designed to provide a radial flame that lies flat against the fired wall of a furnace. The combustion process provides a uniform temperature to the fired wall, allowing for even heat flux distribution to the process coils in the radiant section of a fired heater.

Model JZ LPM-305FJZ® LPMW Burner (lean premix, ultra-low emission)
[Patented]

The LPMW burner is a lean premix, radiant-wall burner for ethylene cracking and reformer furnaces. Building on the successful design of the PMS burner series, the LPMW burner utilizes technology that allows for 100% of the combustion air to be inspirated with a fraction of the fuel through the venturi. The balance of the fuel is then staged to achieve ultra low-NOx emission levels. The LPMW burner technology is excellent for retrofits of existing furnaces as well as new installations.
