JZ LeanMix Series featuring COOLburn® technologies
The JZ LeanMix Series of burners featuring COOLburn® technologies reduces
NOx from conventional burners by as much as 90%. The
patented design enhances the mixing of incoming fluid streams to both
round-flame or flat-flame models. The diffusion-flame design
of the LeanMix burners is ideal for ultra-low NOx process-heater
applications. COOLburn retrofit kits are also available.

JZ LeanPreMix Series featuring COOLmix technology
The JZ LeanPreMix series of ultra-low NOx radiant-wall burners employs COOLmix technology to
reduce peak flame temperatures thereby reducing emission byproducts
normally produced in near flameless fuel oxidation. The LeanPreMix Series
burners produce stable flame patterns and are ideal for radiant-furnace
applications. The LPM series of burners fits existing mounting requirements
with no heater or tile modifications and may be upgraded on line.

JZ FPMR Series featuring COOLflame technology [Patented]
The new JZ FPMR Series utilizes the COOLflame strategy
of segregated injection of air and fuel gases to reduce peak flame temperatures.
The quasi-flameless design provides an evenly distributed heat flux across
the forced-draft radiant wall burners. The novel design moves air through a
slotted tip and fuel through a staged tip.

Fuel Dilution
For improved NOx performance, retrofit COOLfuel technology to most any round- or flat-flame process furnace, boiler or fired heater. The unique fuel-enhancement process employs the kinetic energy of the available fuel supply to dynamically adjust the fuel mixture and produce a relatively low heating value composition. Results show COOLfuel technology provides substantially cooler combustion to reduce NOx emissions by up to 95%.
