The ultra-low NOx flat-flame JZ XMR burner utilizes deep fuel staging
to entrain flue gas and lower NOx emissions to levels below conventional
staging. The burner's primary fuel jets are fired through a tunnel to
inject flue gas into the primary combustion zone. The XMR, which
can
be employed as either a free-standing or wall-fired flame, is advantageous
in tight tube-to-burner spacing applications.

JZ SFG Series
The JZ SFG, a conventional low-NOx round-flame burner, stages the fuel
into a primary and secondary combustion zone, lengthening the combustion
process
and lowering NOx emissions. This reliable, proven and tight flame-diameter
burner has been used in various applications around the world since
1982.
The SFG is a prime NOx reduction technology for applications with less-stringent
regulations.

 |
JZ SFFG Series
The JZ SFFG is a flat-flame, staged-fuel, low-NOx, gas-only burner, suitable
for free-standing and wall-fired applications. Similar to the JZ XMR,
the
SFFG is an excellent option for applications where tube
spacing is tight and flame dimensions are critical. The SFFG's flat
or
"fan" shaped flame provides uniform coverage to process tubes and radiant
walls.

The PMS family of radiant-wall burners utilizes a proven, mechanically-robust
tip design to handle the most intense applications. A staged-fuel
version
is available for low-NOx applications. The JZ PMS burners use a patented
baffle design to improve air flow through the tip and resist flashback.

 |
JZ PFLD Series
The JZ PFLD is a dual-fuel, down-fired burner utilized in hydrogen and
ammonia reformers. It can also be used in turbine exhaust gas applications
where
the flue products from a gas turbine provide the combustion air stream.
The PFLD handles a wide variety of fuels including a PSA or purge gas.
The JZ PFLD burner can be used in induced-draft systems or in forced-draft
applications with air preheat. The burner can also be adapted to use
a Naphtha or
Diesel-oil
make-up fuel.

 |
The JZ DSMR is a dual-fuel, down-fired, low-NOx burner. The DSMR model
provides application levels similar to the JZ PFLD, but the DSMR can
attain lower
overall NOx control.

The ultra-low NOx QMR burner, featuring INFURNOx technology, uses
in-furnace flue gas recirculation to reduce emissions. Flue gas mixes
with fuel in the primary combustion zone to produce a stable flame on
the tile ledge. Per application needs, the round-flame, staged-fuel,
gas-only
QMR burner can be vertically or horizontally mounted. The JZ QMR can
be adapted to fire waste gases. The QMR may be specified
for natural or forced draft application with individual plenums or
for
use in a common plenum.
