Gas-Fired Process Burners

QMR [Patented]
The gas-fired QMR burner meets various environmental regulation requirements using our patented INFURNOx technology, an in-furnace flue gas recirculation process proven to reduce emissions.

DFR Series Burners
The DFR burner integrates the reliability of a conventional burner with some of the advantages of staged combustion. As a member of the LoNOx burner family, the DFR series consistently produces 40% less NOx than a typical raw gas burner.

HEVD Series Burners
The HEVD is particularly well suited for floor fired furnaces. Its efficiency can give a substantial reduction in operation costs. The short flame eliminates tube impingement. It is equally well suited for side-firing.

PMA Forced Draft Burner
The PMA burner is a field-proven forced-draft burner which can be fired either horizontally or vertically. The PMA can also be used in natural draft applications.

VYD Series Burners
The VYD burners safely and efficiently burn most fuel gases an will afford superb stability. An extremely wide turn down range makes it possible to satisfactorily operate with a wide range of gases - high hydrogen to heavy hydrocarbons (butane). VYD burners have a small footprint and provide compact flames.
