Boiler Burner Solutions for Commercial and Industrial Applications
Gordon-Piatt boiler burners, NOx control systems and accessories
are designed and manufactured with the end-user in mind. Safety,
ease of start-up, reliable operation, low maintenance and
longevity are our hallmarks and continue to distinguish Gordon-Piatt
combustion systems from all other brands. |
 |
Model
R
The Model R series of forced draft burners fires gas, oil
or combination dual fuels with pressure atomizing oil systems.
The Model R is most commonly used with cast iron and firebox
boilers, and other applications with firebox pressures not
exceeding 1.50 inches water column. |
 |
Model
S
The Model S series of forced draft burners fires gas, oil
or combination dual fuels with pressure atomizing oil systems.
The Model S is most commonly used with Scotch marine boilers
and other applications with firebox pressures up to 2 inches
water column. This series is designed with a low profile to
allow for clearance above the centerline of the firing head. |
 |
Model
F and FL
The Model F forced draft burner is a versatile unit designed
to fire natural gas, oil or combination fuels with an air
or steam atomizing oil system. Available in a wide range of
capacity ratings, the Model F can be applied to most any application,
including firetube, watertube and cast iron boilers, dryers,
air heaters, incinerators, solid fuel igniters.
The Model FL is a scaled-down version of the Model F, ideal
for uses where boiler base height or other space constraints
require a smaller, lowprofile burner unit. |
 |
Model
F22
The Model F22 forced draft burner is the largest unit in Gordon-Piatt's
Model F series, designed to fire natural gas, oil or combination
fuels with air or steam atomizing oil systems. The Model F22
is a versatile unit that can be applied to most any application,
including firetube, watertube, dryers, air heaters, incinerators,
solid fuel igniters and more. |
 |
Model
Z
The model Z burner provides economical low-NOx performance using
low excess air levels and no FGR in most applications. |
 |
Model
I-F
The Model I-F forced draft burner combines the proven reliability
of our gas and oil firing Model F burner with the economical
addition of induced flue-gas recirculation (FGR) for superior
low-NOx performance. The Model I-F burner is ideal for firetube
or watertube boilers, as well as a variety of other applications. |
 |
Model
FRMB
The Model FRMB rapid mix burner provides reliable ultra low
emission in a compact ergonomic package. The integral fan
housing simplifies installation, minimizes space requirements,
and reduces start-up time. The Model FRMB burner is ideal
for firetube or watertube boilers, as well as a variety of
other applications. |
 |
Model
RMB Ultra
The RMB Ultra rapid mix burner provides reliable ultra-low
emissions and a compact, stable flame. As a proven alternative
to post-combustion solutions, the RMB Ultra can deliver single-digit
emissions at an economical price. |
