Energy-Efficient, Quiet-Steam (EEF-QS) Flare Tip Upgrade

Does your upper steam ring contain old STF-S tips? Then it's time to upgrade to John Zink^® EEF-QS flare tips and attain significant improvements in performance. John Zink's EEF-QS tips, shown here, use multiple-port steam nozzles that inspirate more efficiently than older STF-S tips, saving you money while improving flare performance at reduced noise levels.

Steamizer^® Upgrade

John Zink has significantly improved the design of our Steam Assist (SA) type flare, which typically uses an upper and lower steam injection system. Our improved Hypersonic SA flare design features the new Steamizer tip for improved performance.

The Steamizer provides greater smokeless capacity using the same amount of steam as an old SA tip. The Steamizer can also provide more efficient steam consumption at the same smokeless capacity.
