Knock-Out (KO) Drum.

1.0 Drain the drum completely.

2.0 Inspect inside the bottom head of drum for accumulated solids.

3.0 Remove any accumulated solids.

4.0 Check level instruments per vendor information.

1.0 Check physical liquid level in the gauge glass on a regular schedule.

2.0 Check level-control instruments with gauge glass level.

3.0 Drain the drum to the minimum level whenever possible.
