Remove any foreign material that has accumulated in the bottom of the Molecular Seal. |

Use ultrasonic examination or other suitable method to check material thickness on bottom of unit. This is especially important in corrosive gas service or if any obstruction of the drain line has allowed water to remain in the unit for an extended period of time. |
Periodic On-line Items
| 1.0 |
Flush loop-seal piping to remove any foreign material that has washed down from the Molecular Seal. |
| 2.0 |
Ensure that the siphon break-vent line is open and clear of obstructions. |
