We begin the optimization process at your plant's site, identifying specific issues with the heater. Then we perform diagnostic studies, tests and evaluations of your existing combustion systems to determine a long-term solution.

John Zink's heater optimization goal is two-fold: Identify the problems that cost our customers production time, output, fuel consumption, repairs, and overall economics; and implement the strategies that restore your combustion system to valuable performance.

The in-depth heater survey will identify

• inefficiencies associated with current operations as compared to best practices
• where heater maintenance is lacking
• ways to improve heater efficiency
• where the customer can obtain more value
• current burner selection improvements to meet present operating conditions
• equipment changes necessary to improve efficiency
• required training in combustion operations and troubleshooting
