John Zink Company understands the challenge many owners and operators face maintaining an accurate spare parts inventory and troubleshooting equipment. In response, Zink provides burner surveys, one of the available combustion surveys, to help eliminate maintenance guesswork and optimize total operation.

Upon scheduling a combustion survey, a John Zink^® burner-service professional visits your facility and performs a general inspection of the heater and all its equipment. Maintenance recommendations are made and questions are answered during the visit. Then, we prepare a personalized manual for your facility. Your combustion survey manual contains:

• Recommended spare-parts list for each burner
• Index of all equipment with identification numbers; manufacturer drawing reference numbers; model numbers; equipment quantities; and drawings, capacity curves and data sheet for every John Zink burner
• Specific operational and maintenance recommendations
