COOLfuel is a patented fuel-dilution technology that applies an external gas conditioning system to reduce NOx emissions up to 95% from virtually any new or existing gas-fired burner.

The unique fuel-conditioning process uses the energy of the available fuel supply to dynamically adjust the fuel mixture and produce a relatively low heating value composition. The result is cooler combustion, which reduces thermal and prompt NOx formation. Compared with standard flue gas recirculation (FGR), COOLfuel achieves 30% to 50% greater NOx reduction using the same amount of flue gas and without larger combustion air fan requirements.
