Internships
John Zink believes strongly in the mutual value that internships create in both our business and in the career paths of those chosen to serve as an intern with us.  Over a period of three to six months, our interns experience a mentorship approach by company leaders to immerse them into our culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, and introduce them to our group teams, product offerings and processes, real-world applications, and the technology tools that shape our business.

As a member of the Koch Chemical Technology Group, John Zink prescribes to Market-based Management® System (MBM®), a holistic approach to management that integrates theory and practice and prepares organizations to deal successfully with the challenges of growth and change.  Those selected to work with us as an intern with will enjoy an orientation on the MBM philosophy and our culture of virtue to gain a better understanding of our guiding principles, work environment and business ethics.  Interns will also enjoy a comprehensive primer about our history; product and service innovation; customer value and benefits; John Zink’s mission, vision, values and objectives; and learn how our interns can contribute to our objectives.
