At John Zink Company's world headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA, our success is driven by the core values
that shape our culture - humility, integrity, respect for others
and a passion for learning and producing. John Zink's business philosophy
is centered around the power and creativity of the individual employee.

We seek to improve the quality of life in areas where we do business
and where our employees live and work. It is our hope to make the
world a better place to live, not only by providing superior products,
but also by lending a hand to create a more viable society for ourselves
and our neighbors.
Through community involvement and employee
events, John Zink supports organizations that enable people
to lead independent, productive and fulfilling lives. We've developed
strong relationships with qualified, nonprofit organizations that
empower individuals by promoting responsibility, tolerance and respect
for others in our communities. Some
core community and employee offerings follow.

More
than 70 nonprofit organizations fall under the United Way umbrella.
John Zink has served as a Trail Blazer company, helping raise the first
million dollars prior to the Day of Caring campaign kick-off.
We also participate in the Sand Blazer beach volleyball tournament
and 5k run to raise additional funds for the United Way.
- At Christmas, John Zink sponsors the Salvation Army Angel Tree to
benefit needy children and seniors within the community. Event
participants sort food baskets and deliver gifts and meals to
needy families.
- Employees provide live donations every quarter to the American
Red Cross Blood Drive. The convenience of an on-site blood drive
contributes to high employee participation.
- Our ongoing support of Big Brothers & Big Sisters makes a positive
difference in children's lives, helping them achieve their highest
potential. Employees mentor area children, participate in the
annual "Bowl for Kids Sake" and provide direct financial support.
- To promote education in the community, our Tulsa office sponsors
a VICA student each semester. A local high-school student is selected
to work at the Tulsa office half a day, a few days of the week,
gaining invaluable job and life experience.
- A number of employees participate in the American Heart Association's
"Walk for Heart" and volunteer to serve meals to the homeless
at the John 3:16 Mission.

The Corporate Challenge consists of numerous athletic events to promote
health and wellness within the community and corporate organizations.
More than 250 corporate teams and 25,000 participants competed in the 2001 Corporate Challenge. John Zink typically has over 100
employee participants.
- A company-wide picnic; employee golf, fishing, basketball, volleyball
and softball tournaments; and other fun activities and events are regularly
scheduled throughout the year. We also sponsor Thanksgiving and Christmas
