The world-renowned John Zink Institute™ at our headquarters
in Tulsa, Oklahoma offers practical courses
on the latest advancements in process and boiler burner, process
and biogas flare and vapor control technologies. Our team of Ph.D. engineers teach the intense
courses on the art and science of combustion optimization and
air quality control.

Staying competitive in our industry means providing quality assurance
and extensive capabilities in specialty manufacturing. In Oklahoma,
USA, John Zink Company maintains dedicated fabrication facilities
with a team of experts who specialize in critical machining of
system components, code welding of process vessels, assembly of
complete skids and building custom-designed control panels. John Zink serves its Eastern Hemisphere customer
sites with a second fabrication facility in Luxembourg.
- R & D and Testing
The John Zink Research and Development Test Center
located at our world headquarters is the largest and most comprehensive
of its kind in the world. Here, exciting advancements in combustion
technology are born, explored and exhaustively tested. Using the
many configurations of test furnaces, boiler systems, flare-firing
structures and extensive utility supplies, John Zink engineers test
equipment under actual and simulated, industrial-scale conditions
to demonstrate system performance and collect data to optimize
real-life operation. We also operate a similar test facility in
Luxembourg.
John Zink hosts about 100 customer performance tests each year at the
Test Center. The Customer Center provides five comfortable, temperature-controlled
rooms for customers to observe and study burners and flares tests,
review results to ensure the equipment meets the guaranteed performance
criteria, and network with colleagues.
