In 1989, the John Zink brand was acquired by the Koch family of companies. Since its creation, the John Zink brand has embodied the highest quality in combustion and emissions control systems.
Based in Krefeld, Germany, the experts at KEU have been developing innovative air heaters and thermal oxidation systems used in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food preparation industries for almost a century. KEU joined the Koch family of companies in 2005.
KALDAIR’s innovative, high pressure flare technologies were purchased by John Zink in 2001.
Known for its vapor recovery technology expertise, the McGill brand was purchased by the Koch family of companies in 1992.
Chentronics joined the Koch family of companies in 2011. An ignition innovator since 1985, Chentronics has been producing patented technologies through extensive research and development with thousands of High Energy Ignition System installations worldwide.
This international burner and flare company joined the Koch family of companies in 2011.
Hamworthy Combustion joined the Koch family of companies in 2011. Founded in the UK in 1962, it’s been a leading provider of boiler burner and marine application solutions throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia for decades.
This respected brand of boiler burners for the power and industrial markets was acquired through a limited asset purchase in 1999.
The Peabody Engineering brand, which traces its roots to 1920, has a strong stable of boiler burner products and was acquired in 2011.
Coen Company, Inc. has been around for decades and is synonymous with market leading boiler burner technology for the power and industrial markets. The Coen brand was acquired by the Koch family of companies in 2007.

  • ISO 45001: This certification of our Tulsa and Luxembourg facilities is evidence of our focus on identifying and eliminating workplace hazards while maintaining health and safety compliance.
  • VPP Star Certification: The Voluntary Protection Program recognizes our Tulsa facility as a location that shows a commitment to improved safety and health performance beyond the requirements of the OSHA standards, and has demonstrated safety performance considered best in class.
  • ISO 14001: Both our Luxembourg and Tulsa facilities meet the requirements for the internationally recognized ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
